A production website for a Singapore funeral service provider supporting both human funeral arrangements and pet farewell services. I shaped a calm, familiar experience that helps families understand their options, find practical guidance, and reach the team quickly during a difficult time.

Hard part
The challenge was balancing the familiar structure people need in an urgent, sensitive situation with a gentler identity that gives human and pet services equal weight. I benchmarked Singapore providers, kept claims tied to verified business facts, and refined the information and contact hierarchy around the decisions families need to make first.
Next pass
The next iteration should follow finalized business information rather than add speculative features: confirmed service packages and pricing, team credentials, testimonials or accreditations, and licensed photography would strengthen trust and make the guidance more specific.
